Premises Plans for The Licensing Act 2003

We can help you to get your plans in on time, we can survey your properties, draw new plans or even modify your existing plans to show your estimated drinking and entertainment areas (pubs, clubs and restaurants) or where alcohol is sold (off licence).

Package A - Small premises - £95.00 plus VAT

This is our most cost effective way of providing you with the correct plans for your licence application. Typically this service will suit very small premises such as off licences or small pubs, usually around 500 square feet to 1,000 square feet. You provide us with a sketch of your premise via fax, post or email and we will convert your drawing into a professionally drawn CAD premises plan to suit the regulatory requirements. We strive to provide accurate drawings, however as we do not visit your premises, it is your responsibility to provide the correct dimensions and location of doors etc.

What you get	1 x pdf of plan via email Up to 10 x B&W prints via 1st class post
When you get it	Drawings are normally returned within 48 hours of receipt of your sketch
What you pay	£ 95.00 plus VAT

Package B - Small to medium premises - £195.00 plus VAT

With our standard drawing package we visit your premises and perform a basic measured site survey. This will provide us with all the information required on your licence application, such as location of fire exits and bar areas. This package is suitable for premises up to 1,000 square feet.

What you get	1 x site survey 1 x pdf of plan via email Up to 10 x B&W prints via 1st class post
When you get it	Drawings are normally returned within 5 days of completion of the site survey
What you pay	£ 195.00 plus VAT

Package C - Larger premises greater than 1,000 square feet

For larger premises we may require more time to perform the site survey and produce the drawing. As package B but with an additional cost per square foot.

What you get	1 x site survey 1 x pdf of plan via email Up to 10 x B&W prints via 1st class post
When you get it	Drawings are normally returned within 5 days of completion of the site survey
What you pay	£ 195.00 plus 15 pence plus VAT per additional square foot

Plans provided on compact disc	- £10.00
Plans provided in MS Visio format	- £10.00
Colour plans A4 A3	- £1.00 per print - £2.00 per print
Additional prints B&W A4 B&W A3 Colour A4 Colour A3	- £0.50 per print - £0.75 per print - £1.00 per print - £2.00 per print

Our plans are designed to ensure that you achieve the relevant requirements of The Licensing Act, 2003 and are therefore not suitable for other uses such as gaining planning permission or for building works.
